We learned a lot about Eastern European wines and their history and had an incredible evening.

Chapter 5 offers a wonderful dining experience, blending traditional Romanian flavors with a modern touch. Chef Dexter’s dishes are delicious, and the Romanian wine paired with each course are a great highlight.
